Since 1962, Marshall has shaped the sound of rock and roll — from Jimi Hendrix's walls of stacks at Woodstock to the bedroom studio speaker on your desk. Every piece of Marshall hardware carries sixty years of stage-built, studio-refined sonic character.
In 1962, Jim Marshall — a London drum teacher and music shop owner — built an amplifier for his customers because they couldn't afford the American alternatives. What he built instead changed music forever. The JTM45 became the template for every British-voiced amp that followed, and the Marshall stack — two 4×12 cabinets topped with a 100-watt head — became the most recognisable image in rock music history.
Sixty-plus years later, Marshall still builds its amplifiers in the UK to the same foundational principles: valve-driven power, hand-wired signal paths, and premium Celestion-loaded cabinets. Alongside the amp range, Marshall has extended that same DNA into portable Bluetooth speakers, on-ear and over-ear headphones, and wireless earbuds — all carrying the iconic black levant tolex, gold script logo, and the sound of six decades of live performance.
Available across MENA and Turkey through MediaCast — authorised distributor, stocked in Dubai, with live product demonstrations at the MCX Experience Centre in Barsha Heights.
From vintage reissue heads to modern multi-channel combos and practice amps, the full Marshall amplifier range covers every stage, studio and bedroom application. Heads, combos, cabinets and pedals — built in the UK to Marshall's original specification.
Exact reproductions of the original Marshall amp circuits — the JTM45 2245 with its KT66 output valves, the hand-wired 1959 Super Lead plexi, the JCM800 2203 in original black and brass livery, and the JCM900 4100 dual reverb. These are the amplifiers that appear on thousands of classic recordings. Available as heads, half-stacks and full stacks.
The DSL20CR, DSL40CR and DSL100H — two-channel all-valve amplifiers with independent clean/crunch and lead channels, reverb, series effects loop and a power-reduction switch. The modern professional Marshall for players who need versatility alongside classic British voice.
The Origin series is the purist's Marshall — a single-channel all-valve amplifier built to capture the original plexi tone at a more practical wattage. The Origin 20 features tilt control for treble/bass balance and a watt-reduction switch for home and studio use at lower volumes.
The SV20 brings the 1959 Super Lead circuit to 20 watts with a switchable 5-watt mode — the studio-friendly plexi for home recording and rehearsal. Identical valve complement and circuit topology to the vintage 100-watt, scaled for modern use. Direct recording output included.
The Origin 20C, DSL20CR and 1962 Bluesbreaker combos — all-valve combo amplifiers from 5 to 40 watts with integrated speaker cabinets. The Bluesbreaker 2×12 tilts back for stage use, sharing the exact circuitry of the amp Eric Clapton used on 1966's Beano album.
The 1960A and 1960B angled and straight 4×12 cabinets — the same dimensions and Celestion speaker complement as the original 1960 cabinet from 1965. Available in Mono and stereo configurations with 16Ω, 8Ω and 4Ω impedance options for pairing with any Marshall head.
The Code 25 and Code 50 bring 100 amp models and 24 effects to a 1×12 or 2×12 enclosure with Bluetooth connectivity and USB audio. Marshall's entry into modelling amplification — designed for practice, recording and performance for players who want the full Marshall range in one unit.
Marshall's technical and design principles — built up over sixty years of professional amplifier manufacturing — applied across every product category.
Every Marshall valve amplifier uses selected preamp and output valves for the exact frequency response and harmonic character that defines British amp tone. The plexi series still uses the original KT66 output stage — there is no substitute for the physics of thermionic emission.
Marshall has manufactured its amplifiers in the UK continuously since 1966 — the same factory in Milton Keynes that built the original plexi heads. Hand-wired circuit boards, point-to-point construction on the Vintage Series, and 100% in-house testing before shipping.
Marshall and Celestion have built amplifiers together since 1964. The G12M Greenback, G12H-30 Heritage and Vintage 30 speakers used in Marshall cabinets are tuned specifically for Marshall circuit output impedance — the interaction between amp and speaker is engineered, not incidental.
The Marshall aesthetic — black levant covering, gold script logo, cream grille cloth, gold-edged chickenhead knobs — has not substantially changed since the JTM45. This design language is applied consistently across amplifiers, speakers, headphones and accessories, making Marshall products instantly recognisable in any context.
Marshall's Bluetooth speakers and headphones support multi-host pairing — maintaining active connections to two devices simultaneously. Switch between laptop and phone without re-pairing. The Stack Mode feature connects multiple Marshall speakers for synchronised multi-room or multi-speaker playback from a single source.
Modern Marshall amplifiers include power-reduction circuits allowing 100-watt heads to operate at 25 or 10 watts for studio and home use without losing the output transformer saturation that characterises a Marshall running near full power. The DSL series uses a switchable power stage; the SV20 uses a dedicated attenuator circuit.
Marshall products cover the full spectrum of music and audio use cases — from the rehearsal room to the arena stage and the living room.
The core Marshall audience — from the JTM45 for vintage blues and classic rock through DSL for modern high gain to the Code series for players who need every style. Combos for the studio, stacks for the stage.
The SV20 and Origin 20 in studio isolation cabinets. Marshall character on every guitar track — direct-recording output for hybrid amp/DAW workflows, and the 1960 cabinet for live-room recording sessions that need authentic British amp tone.
Full stack and half-stack configurations for large-venue live sound. The 1959 and JCM800 vintage reissues for touring players who require verified original specs. JCM900 for high-gain touring applications. Custom configurations available through MediaCast.
The Stanmore, Acton and Woburn home speaker range for music lovers who want the Marshall aesthetic in their living space. Premium bookshelf and floor-standing speakers with Bluetooth and analogue inputs — the full hi-fi experience with rock heritage design.
Code series for music technology students — 100 amp models covering every era of Marshall amplification in one unit. DSL20CR for college-level performance programmes. The Origin 20C for institutions teaching valve amplifier maintenance and classic amp tone.
