Every BirdDog camera speaks Full NDI natively — the high-bandwidth, visually lossless flavour of NDI — alongside NDI|HX3 for constrained networks. There is no external encoder and no converter; connect the camera to a standard network switch and it is instantly discoverable by every NDI device on the network, while simultaneous SDI, HDMI and USB-C outputs bridge straight into traditional baseband workflows.

The signature HALO Tally system — a daylight-visible border around the lens plus rear illuminated numbering — tells talent and crew exactly which camera is live. BirdUI browser configuration, E-Ink displays, advanced AI tracking with facial and body recognition, VISCA over IP and PoE power run across the X-Series.
